Scheduling in Zynk Workflow
Zynk allows you to automate workflows by setting up schedules. This means workflows can run automatically at regular intervals, without manual intervention.
There are two types of scheduling available:
Workflow Schedules
Each workflow can have its own individual schedule. You can edit a workflow’s schedule by clicking the Schedule button on the toolbar.
Options include:
- Enable or disable automatic execution
- Choose from common schedule types (e.g. every X minutes, hourly, daily, weekly)
- Use advanced scheduling if more control is needed
Scheduling is optional and can be turned on or off for each workflow.
Global Schedule
The Global Schedule lets you run multiple workflows on a shared schedule.
Workflows added to the Global Schedule run at a fixed interval, one after another, based on their assigned priority. This schedule runs separately from individual workflow schedules.
To add a workflow to the Global Schedule, open the workflow’s Schedule form, select the Global option, and set a priority.
A history of changes to the Global Schedule is also available for tracking updates.
