Connector Manager

For some of the systems we integrate with Zynk, we are required to release a new version of our connector when a new version of the software is release. For example, our Sage 50 US library has different connectors for versions between 2019.1 and 2023.

You can use the Connector Manager in Zynk (shown below) to move between different versions of these connectors.

The connector manager also includes systems that required more complex installations, such as Amazon Vendor Central (EDI, Legacy) and Web Automation. Typically, these connectors do not have different versions, so you can simply either install or uninstall them.

This tool is available from the main tool strip at the top of the user interface, Manage > Connectors.

Integrations

If you are moving between different versions of the same connector, you will be offered the chance to update your integrations as well.

For example, if you have been using Sage 50 US v2019.1 and you have recently upgraded to Sage 50 US v2023, when you update the version via the connector manager, you will be given the option to update your integrations. This process will automatically detect any Sage 50 US v2019.1 workflows and connections and convert them to be compatible with Sage 50 US v2023.
