Sage 200 Professional Integration Guide

This section is a guide on how to connect Yooz to Sage 200 Professional.

Options

If you prefer not to have purchase orders from Sage transferred to Yooz, you can disable this feature without affecting the overall functionality of the solution.

Connecting to Sage 200

To establish a connection with a Sage 200 Professional Company, Zynk must be installed on the same machine where a Sage 200 Client is available. Zynk logs in through the Windows user you set in the task scheduler. For more information, refer to our Sage 200 Connection Guide.

Yooz Requirements

To utilise our solutions, you must have a fully configured Yooz instance. Zynk is compatible with any number of organisations within Yooz.

Note

Zynk needs to be installed on a Windows Server or Desktop that remains powered on and has unrestricted internet access. For more details, refer to our Requirements Guide.

Sage 200 User Access Requirements

The user you choose to use must have access to the Purchase Ledger and the location of the nominal information.

Note

In the case of Sage 200, no cost centre information will be sent to Yooz. Instead, the departments and cost centres in Sage will be included in the data sent to Yooz as described in the Nominal Accounts section.
