Yooz Solutions

This document is provided as an accompaniment to our standard Yooz solutions, to outline exactly which parts of each system are integrated.

Requirements

You are required to have a Yooz instance that has been completely set up in order to use our solutions. Zynk can work with any amount of organisations within Yooz.

Note

Zynk needs to be installed on a Windows Server or Desktop that stays on and has full access to the internet. See our guide page for more information.

Systems

We have standard solutions for integrating Yooz with the following systems:

The aim of the integration between the systems is to:

  1. Export New and Modified Purchase Orders from the Accounting System and Upload to Yooz.
  2. Download New Purchase Invoices from Yooz and Import into the Accounting System.
  3. Export Payments from the Accounting System and Upload to Yooz.
  4. Export New Suppliers from the Accounting System and Upload to Yooz.
  5. Export Nominal Accounts from the Accounting System and Upload to Yooz.
  6. Export Cost Centres from the Accounting System and Upload to Yooz.
