Order Updates

The solution will export modified sales orders from Sage. If the order has been fully despatched then the solution will update Linnworks to process the order.

Requirements & Assumptions/Assertions

• The solution will only update orders that it has downloaded into Sage
• Orders in Sage must be fully despatched
• It is assumed that all other pre-requisites for processing the order have been met in Linnworks

Zynk Process

• Export modified sales order from Sage
• If the order has been fully despatched, convert to an order update request
• Send order update requests to Linnworks
