This page serves as a guide for commonly reported issues with the Linnworks solutions. Below are a set of answers and solutions to these issues.

How does the solution handle Combination/BOM products?

The solution can create products in Linnworks and the accounting systems, however it is unable to create the parent-child relationships of Combination/BOM products. These will need to be manually configured, but once done they can be used on orders like other products.

How does the solution handle Variation products?

The parent product from Linnworks won't be imported into the accounting system but each of the child products will be.

Why do I need a tax mapping?

Linnworks provides the tax rates on orders and products (e.g. 20%), but many accounting systems use tax codes (e.g. T1). A mapping is required in the solution to ensure that the tax rates are matched to the correct tax codes.

Why am I recieving emails from the solution?

If there's an issue importing data into one of the systems, the solution will email you an integration report. This will identify the error that was encountered so that you can resolve the issue. If you are unsure how to resolve an issue you can contact our Support Team for assistance.
