Linnworks Sage 50 Solution
This solution enables you sync products, orders and stock levels between Linnworks and Sage 50. The solution requires either Sage or Linnworks to be used as the primary source of stock information, with the other system being updated accordingly.
Options
Option A: Sage Primary
Sage is the primary data source for stock. In this setup new products are created and stock levels are maintained in Sage and Zynk updates Linnworks to reflect this.
Option B: Linnworks Primary
Linnworks is the primary data source for stock. In this setup new products are created and stock levels are maintained in Linnworks and Zynk updates Sage to reflect this.
Settings

Requirements and Assumptions
Stock should be controlled from one system only - the workflow will use the values from the primary system to overwrite the values in the other stsyem.
A mapping between Linnworks tax rates and Sage tax codes must be created. Please refer to the Orders documentation for instructions on how to do this.
Connection to Sage 50
To connect to Sage 50, Zynk will require a Company DataPath along with a username and password for logging into Sage 50.
