Zynk CSV to Zynk Purchase Order XML

The purchase order CSV works on the basis of one CSV line representing one item line on the purchase order, but it is expected that each line will contain all relevant data. Lines will be grouped by the Id value, where the Id value is unique to the purchase order and can be used to prevent duplicate entries into Sage.
