Dovico Timesheet

The Dovico Timesheet connector provides functions to import and export data from your instance of Dovico Timesheet. All data is provided in an XML format, and is processed via the Dovico Timesheet API.

Before using any task in the Dovico Timesheet connector, you must create a Dovico Timesheet connection via the Connection Manager. The connection stores the necessary credentials to communicate with the Dovico Timesheet API securely and reliably. See Connecting to Dovico Timesheet for more information about the Dovico Timesheet connection. Once a connection is established, you can set up tasks as part of a workflow to automate business processes.

The following tasks are available within the Dovico Timesheet connector:

• Export Expense Categories
• Export Expense Sheets
• Export Projects
• Export Time Entries
• Export Timesheets

Note

This connector implements the Zynk rest client, which means that you can enable the 'Log Debug Messages' in the Zynk common task settings to log API requests and responses to the working directory.

This is useful when debugging issues as you can see the information Zynk is passing to and receiving from the external REST interface.
