Inventory Planner

The Inventory Planner connector provides functions to import and export data to and from your instance of Inventory Planner. All data is provided in an XML format, and is processed via the Inventory Planner API.

Before using any task in the Inventory Planner library, you must create an Inventory Planner connection via the Connection Manager. The connection stores the necessary credentials to communicate with the Inventory Planner API securely and reliably. See Connecting to Inventory Planner for more information about the Inventory Planner connection. Once a connection is established, you can set up tasks as part of a workflow to automate business processes.

The following tasks are available within the Inventory Planner connector:

This connector implements the Zynk rest client, which means that you can enable the 'Log Debug Messages' in the Zynk common task settings to log API requests and responses to the working directory.

This is useful when debugging issues as you can see the information Zynk is passing to and receiving from the external REST interface.
