Products
The solution will create any products it finds on Shopify orders that don't yet exist in Sage.
Requirements & Assumptions/Assertions
- Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) must be unique
- SKUs must be 30 characters or less
- SKUs must not contain any special characters - only A-Z0-9/.-# are allowed - no spaces or commas.
- Products will be created with a stock level of 0. This will mean that orders with this product can be imported into Sage but wont be able to be allocated until stock is added to the product in Sage.
Zynk Process
- Export orders from Shopify
- Check the products exist in Sage
- If a product doesn't exist then create it
