Shipments

This solution is split into two options, please see below a explanation of both below:

Option A - Despatch Notes to Shipments

Zynk will export despatch notes from Sage 200 and import them into Shiptheory as shipments.

Zynk Process

• Export despatch notes from Sage 200.
• Export corresponding order from Sage 200.
• Convert despatched notes into Shiptheory shipments.
• Import shipments into Shiptheory.

Option B - Fully Allocated Orders to Shipments

Zynk will export Fully Allocated orders from Sage 200 and import them into Shiptheory as Shipments.

Zynk Process

• Export allocated orders from Sage 200.
• Convert allocated orders into Shiptheory shipments.
• Import shipments into Shiptheory.

Shipping Detail Mapping

-	DeliveryServiceCarrier	Zynk Will check if the CarrierAnalysis has been set, if it hasn't the carrier information will not be sent to Shiptheory

-	Instructions	If the InstructionAnalysis variable has been set the Specified Analysis field will be used otherwise if not set Zynk will look for a comment line on the order

Address Mapping

The Address line mapping will be mapped against the Delivery Address in Sage 200.
