Connecting to Channel Advisor
All of the tasks in the Channel Advisor Connector require a connection to Channel Advisor, so you will need to create a connection with the type 'Channel Advisor'. See Managing Connections for instructions on creating a new connection. You will see a screen like the one below, requesting your Channel Advisor details:
Enter you Channel Advisor details as described below, then click 'Finish' to create the connection. If you have more than one account in Channel Advisor that you want to integrate with, you will need to create a separate connection for each one.

Enter your Channel Advisor profile ID. This can be found in Channel Advisor under My Account > Account Authorizations > Account List.Once you have entered this, click the 'Request' button to request access to your Channel Advisor account.
Account ID
Required
Go to My Account > Account Authorizations in Channel Advisor, and click the 'Enable' link next to the entry for Zynk Software Limited. Then click the 'Refresh' button in Zynk to automatically retrieve your account ID.
