Connecting to Rithum

All of the tasks in the Rithum Connector require a connection to Rithum, so you will need to create a connection with the type 'Rithum'. See Managing Connections for instructions on creating a new connection. You will see a screen like the one below, requesting your Rithum details:

Enter you Rithum details as described below, then click 'Finish' to create the connection. If you have more than one account in Rithum that you want to integrate with, you will need to create a separate connection for each one.

Settings

Profile ID

Required
Enter your Rithum profile ID. This can be found in Rithum under My Account > Account Authorizations > Account List.Once you have entered this, click the 'Request' button to request access to your Rithum account.

Account ID

Required
Go to My Account > Account Authorizations in Rithum, and click the 'Enable' link next to the entry for Zynk Software Limited. Then click the 'Refresh' button in Zynk to automatically retrieve your account ID.
