Exporting Stock Items from Acumatica

This task will export stock items information from your Acumatica account to an XML file.

Settings

Acumatica Connection

Required
The Acumatica connection to use. See the Connecting to Acumatica article if you require more information on how to create/manage connections.

Custom

Optional
Used to specify standard fields that aren't exposed by the default API, user-defined fields, and fields added by customisations. The fields can either be specified as a comma separated string, or using the 'List' Zynk object type. For more details on how to specify custom fields, please refer to Acumatica's documentation.

Expand

Optional
Used to specify the linked and detail entities that should included in the data returned. The entities can either be specified as a comma separated string, or using the 'List' Zynk object type. For more details on how to specify entities to expand, please refer to Acumatica's documentation.

Export Settings

Required
Settings to control whether modified or all records will be exported from Acumatica. The following options are available:

  • Date Modified - The date to use when exporting modified records. Records updated since this date will be exported. The date will update automatically each time the task runs.
  • Export Modified or All Records - Choose whether the task should export modified or all records.

Filters

Optional
Filter the export based on the value of specific fields. The filter is specified using OData syntax, e.g. CustomerID eq 'C0001'. For more details on the syntax, please refer to Acumatica's documentation.

Page Size

Required
The maximum number of records to fetch from the Acumatica API at a time. The value must be at least 1. Defaults to 100.

Select

Optional
Used to specify the fields that should be exported. The fields can either be specified as a comma separated string, or using the 'List' Zynk object type. Leave empty to export all fields. For more details on how to specify fields, please refer to Acumatica's documentation.

Timeout

Optional
The length of time to wait for responses from the Acumatica API. If not specified, the timeout will default to 100 seconds.

Output File

Required
The name of the file to export the data to. The data will be output in XML format, a sample of which is shown below.
