Connecting to Visualsoft

All of the tasks in the Visualsoft connector require a connection to Visualsoft, so you will need to create a connection with the type 'Visualsoft'. See Managing Connections for instructions on creating a new connection. You will see a screen like the one below.

Enter your Visualsoft details as described below, then click 'Finish' to create the connection.

URL

Enter the URL for your Visualsoft website e.g. http://www.example.com

Client ID

Required
Enter your Client ID. This will be provided by Visualsoft.

Username

Required
Enter your API username. This will be provided by Visualsoft.

Password

Required
Enter your API password. This will be provided by Visualsoft.

HTTP Basic Auth Username

Optional
If required, enter the basic auth username provided by Visualsoft.

HTTP Basic Auth Password

Optional
If required, enter the basic auth password provided by Visualsoft.
