Export Orders from Virtualstock

Overview

The Export Orders task allows you to automate the process of exporting order data from Virtualstock. This ensures that all order information is accurately and promptly exported, facilitating efficient order processing and fulfillment.

Note

The Export Orders task does not include a date filter option due to limitations in the Virtualstock API. As a result, you cannot selectively export new, modified, or all orders directly from Virtualstock.

To work around this limitation, you can use the Export Orders task in conjunction with the Import Order Acknowledgements task.

After exporting orders from Virtualstock and successfully importing them into your other system (e.g., Sage 50 UK), you can send the order acknowledgements back to Virtualstock.

This process ensures that order statuses are updated, preventing them from being exported again unless the status is manually reverted within Virtualstock.

Specify the Virtualstock connection you would like to use for this task.

Output File

Specify the file where the Virtualstock XML data will be saved.

Page Size

Required
Define the number of records to retrieve per page from the Virtualstock API. Adjust this setting to optimize the performance of the requests based on your requirements.

Order References

Optional
You can optionally filter the data returned from Virtualstock based on a list of order references.

You can provide the value as a List value from the Zynk Object editor or as a comma separated list (e.g 10001, 10002, 10003).

Order Status

Required
This setting will filter the results returned from Virtualstock based on your selection. You can select one of the following options.
