Connecting to Sugar CRM

All of the tasks in the SugarCRM connector require a connection to SugarCRM, so you will need to create a connection with the type 'Sugar CRM'. See Managing Connections for instructions on creating a new connection. You will see a screen like the one below, requesting your SugarCRM details:

Enter your SugarCRM details as described below, then click 'Finish' to create the connection.

Enter the address of your SugarCRM system e.g. http://crm.example.com.

Enter the username to log into SugarCRM with.
