Connecting to DHL Supply Chain

All of the tasks in the DHL Supply Chain Connector require a DHL Supply Chain connection, so you will need to create a connection with the type 'DHL Supply Chain'. See Managing Connections for instructions on creating a new connection. You will see a screen like the one below, requesting your DHL Supply Chain details:

Settings

You will need to contact your DHL Supply Chain representative to obtain credentials for the DHL Supply Chain API. You will receive separate credentials for the Sandbox and Production environments.

API Username

Required
Enter the username that was provided by DHL.

API Password

Required
Enter the username that was provided by DHL.

Environment

Required
Choose which environment you want to connect to. This determines which API endpoint Zynk will send requests to:

  • Production - https://dsc.api.dhl.com/wms/
  • Sandbox - https://dsc.api-sandbox.dhl.com/wms/
