Exporting Companies from ACT!

This task will export Companies and their related Contacts from ACT! into ACT! Company XML.

Connection Settings

ACT! Connection

Required
The ACT! Connection to export Companies from. See the Connecting to ACT! page if you require more information on how to create/manage Zynk Connections to ACT!.
Defaulted to the connection marked as the default for ACT!.

Export Settings

Company Custom Fields

Optional
List of additional fields to export from the ACT! Companies.
These should be the provided as a field per line in the list and the name provided should be the 'Field Name' as it appears in ACT!.
Defaulted to empty.

Contact Custom Fields

Optional
List of additional fields to export from the ACT! Contacts.
These should be the provided as a field per line in the list and the name provided should be the 'Field Name' as it appears in ACT!.
Defaulted to empty.

Export All

Required
Set to false to only export ACT! Companies that have been modified since the last export.
Set to true to always export all ACT! Companies.
Defaulted to false.

Export All Contacts

Required
Set to false to only export linked ACT! Contacts that have been modified since the last export.
Set to true to always export all linked ACT! Contacts.
Defaulted to false.

Filter File

Optional
An absolute or relative file path to the ACT! Query file (qry) containing the ACT! Company custom filter to use when exporting data. The filter file should be created via ACT!. See the Zynk Objects page if you require more information on how the Zynk Object file value works.
Defaulted to empty.

File Settings

Output File

Required
An absolute or relative file path on the local computer or network to save any Companies which were exported from ACT! to. See the Zynk Objects page if you require more information on how the Zynk Object file value works.
Defaulted to act_export_companies.xml in the current working directory.
